We accept all major credit cards, institutional purchase orders, international money orders, company checks and cash via carrier pigeon. Businesses requesting credit should fax company information and trade references to the number listed in the 'contact' section. Business credit is typically extended on a Net 15 basis, with your first order guaranteed by a major credit card.
Power Supply The Flapper MKII and Flapper Mini are powered by a wall-wart power supply supply which accepts AC 120-240 volts, 47-63 Hz. The unit is shipped with a standard USA 2-pin power plug. You can find an adapter at your local travel shoppe.
International Orders are always welcome. Please contact us via email for rates and terms. Note that the online shopping card does not accommodate international shipping, so please contact us via email for prompt service. Generally, we'll ship internationally via UPS or United States Global Priority Mail. Both methods are trackable online and fully insured, and your shipment will arrive within 10 business days. You are responsible for all customs duties, VAT fees, etc.
If (a) you'd like to pay with a major credit card and (b) the quantities and configurations you require are listed below, choose what you want and the shopping cart will do the rest. Our shopping cart calculates shipping costs based on UPS ground service from Salt Lake City, Utah. All packages are trackable and insured. The map shown below gives you an idea of delivery times in. All times listed are business days. Your gear will leave our shop within 24 hours of the order being placed.
However, if you require speedier shipping or different quantities or something that the shopping cart doesn't seem to accommodate, let us know. We'll be overjoyed to help you out.
Please make certain that your billing and shipping information is entered correctly. The credit card processing system is very picky and will possibly reject your transaction if any errors are made. Trust us, it's nothing personal. Check with your department's purchasing card coordinator if you're unsure about the proper billing address.

If you need one or more units for just a few days, rental might be a useful choice for you.
You'll get:

If you are taking delivery in the Salt Lake Valley, we'll drop off your equipment for $25. Or, you can pick it up for free.
If it's too far for either of us to drive, we'll ship your equipment to you. Our carrier of choice is UPS, but if you have a preference or an existing account with a different company, just let us know.
You will be charged shipping costs to your location at the time the rental order is placed. Equipment rented locally must be returned within 48 hours of the rental period's end. Equipment we ship to you must be returned (and delivered) within 7 business days of the end of your rental period.
You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
