The 2007 Color Changing Christmas Light Project: Half a Pixel

Half a pixel. Based on the original RGB design but with half the LEDs. 1.25" square.
The first version used all surface mount parts except for the voltage regulator and filter capacitors.
The current version is entirely SMT with the exception of the LEDs themselves.
